Hours - Winter:  9 AM to 3 PM   Summer: 10 AM to 2 PM
CLASSES:        Monday from 9:30 to 11:30am. 
As there are no Monday exercise classes - some of you exercise enthusiasts, may wish to join in with the Yoga group.

Yoga with a Twist
Yoga is an ancient art that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. It teaches us to quiet our minds, to help us listen deeply to what our own body, mind and soul truly need to be fulfilled.

Once you start practicing yoga regularly, you discover that you receive more energy from the exercises and are able to direct this energy more efficiently.
