Hours - Winter: 9 AM to 3 PM Summer: 10 AM to 2 PM
Our rental coordinator can be reached at our office between the hours of 9:00 am and 12 Noon, Monday to Friday.
Renters are encouraged to come into our Centre to view the facilities and talk about our rental terms.

Additional Charges
Security Charges - we provide our own security for each event. Rates range from $15.00 to $25.00 an hour.
Cleaning Charges - we provide our own cleaning services with a basic charge of $25.00 or $50.00. Depending on the size and type of your event, there could be additional charges for additional cleaners.
Damage Deposit Amounts - We charge a $200.00 Damage Deposit for rental of the Auditorium for Meetings, Seminars, etc., and $500.00 for weddings, banquets and functions with alcohol. Damage Deposits are cashed and reimbursed after the event.
Cancellation without penalty 15 days prior to event.
Security Charges - we provide our own security for each event. Rates range from $15.00 to $25.00 an hour.

Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and freezer capacity, gas stove, microwave and convection ovens, steamer, dish sanitizer, coffee maker and bar with wine fridge and wine glasses .
Full Kitchen Rental - (includes all of the above) $150.00 $200.00
Cooking and Heating Package (gas stove, micro/convection ovens and steamer) $100.00
Cooling and Storage Package (freezer and fridge storage) $25.00
